Feature: Pineapple Habanero

Pisco Piquante

The Chilean classic pisco sour gets a spicy, summery upgrade with pineapple!

Yield: 2 cocktails

Ingredients

Drink
  • 1/2 cup (4oz) pisco
  • 1/2 cup (4oz) pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 egg whites
  • 6 ice cubes
Garnish
  • 1/4 pineapple habanero half

Directions

  1. Combine pisco, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey, egg whites, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake while doing a little dance!
  3. Pour into glasses and let stand for about 5 minutes.
  4. Once the egg white foam has risen to the top and looks lovely, crush the pineapple habanero and sprinkle the flakes on top of the foam

Notes

If you don’t have pisco, this recipe works just as well as a vodka sour!
